Final Product:

Step One

Create a Black background and make a new layer on top of it. On the new layer, create a 194×194 Circle using this color: #003637.

Step Two

On the layer with the circle, go to Layers> Layer style, and match your settings with my images:

Inner Glow:

Gradiant Overlay:

Final Product:

Step Three

Make a new layer and on it, create a 147×147 circle.

On that layer, Layer> Layer style. Now match your settings with mine for the white circle:

Gradiant Overlay:

Stroke:

Now Press ok. Change that blend mode to “Darken”

Step Four

Press Control+Select the two circle layers>>Control+E

Step Five

Select the one circle layer > Duplicate Layer.

Step Six

On the duplicated circle, press Control+T. On the top of the program should be a bar, match your settings to mine:

Step Seven

Repeat steps 5 & 6 except, you’re duplicating the circle from step 6. Match your settings:

Now merge all your layers except the background:

Step Eight

On that merged layer, Layer > Layer Style, and match your settings to mine:

Inner Glow:

Sating:

Click OK and that’s it!
