001. Open up a new canvas at least 600x600px
002. pick 2 shades of the same color. i will be using these colors: #009e25, #00e335, #00ff3c
003. take your gradiant tool and fill your canvas. you can use any type of gradiant you want. i will be using the radial gradiant.
004. take your pen tool and make a curved line. be sure to connect it.
005. now take your pen tool and right click >> make selection. match your settings to mine:
006. your shape should now have a selection around it. take a circular brush and expand it to about 350px, hardness 0%:
007. take the brush and lightly use it on the EDGES of your curve.
008. now repeat steps #4-7 and make the lines come from different directions and dimensions.
tips: for a different sided line, use CTRL+SHIFT+I on your selection.
009. add some brushes and a snazzy image on it. you should be done! simple and good looking layout/banner/ect!
